Are you having problems logging into Citybit?

Please read the guidance below which will help you to get access


Students accessing Citybit

Your username to login is your student number from your student card (red text across the centre of the card)

Your password is your first name initially in lower case letters as it appears on your student card. If you change your network password, your Citybit password will change.

example username: jar98765432

example password: james

Staff accessing Citybit

For security reasons we cannot give examples of staff username and password formats for Citybit.

The username staff use to login to Citybit follows the same format as you would use to log into a computer in College.

You will need to use the password you use to access the student side of the network. For many support staff, you may be unfamiliar with this password, so please contact the IT Helpdesk for the password to be reset.
